Subprocessors

To operate the Service, SKYLINE INTELLIGENCE engages third-party vendors that may process personal data on our behalf ("subprocessors"). Each subprocessor is bound by a data-processing agreement that limits use to the purposes we specify.

This page lists the subprocessors in use today and explains how we notify you when that list changes.

Notice We notify all account holders by email at least 14 days before a new subprocessor begins processing your data, giving you an opportunity to object. Subscribe below to receive these notices directly.

1. Infrastructure & platform

Cloud hosting, storage, and observability

2. Payments

Payment processing and tax

Stripe	Payment processing for credit purchases and auto top-up. Stripe receives billing details and tokenizes payment methods; we store only tokenized references.	US, EU

3. Communications

Transactional and support messaging

4. Observability & security

Error tracking, logs, and uptime monitoring

5. Model Providers (separate disclosure)

Model Providers are not subprocessors in the infrastructure sense — they process your prompts as independent data controllers, not on our behalf. They are listed separately at skylineintelligence.top/models and are subject to their own privacy policies.
