Terms of Service

1. The Service

SKYLINE is a smart routing gateway that forwards your requests to third-party large language model providers ("Model Providers"). The Service includes smart routing, usage analytics, and prepaid credits usable across 100+ models. We do not own, train, or operate the underlying models. Outputs come from Model Providers under their own terms.

You must keep your account credentials and API keys secure, and notify us at security@skylineintelligence.top if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Plans, credits, and billing

The Service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis:

• Free — a limited allowance of free usage, subject to rate limits and model restrictions.
• Pay-as-you-go — credits you buy in advance, drawn down as you consume tokens.
• Team — one-time credit purchases for organizations. Bonus promotions may be offered at our discretion.
• Enterprise — custom contracts negotiated separately.

Per-token prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change at any time. Price changes do not apply to credits you have already purchased. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Auto top-up is opt-in and not a subscription: it charges your payment method only when your balance falls below a threshold you choose, and you can disable it any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
2. Generate, transmit, or store content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful, or that exploits minors.
3. Reverse-engineer the Service or any Model Provider's outputs, or attempt to derive model weights.
4. Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or security mechanisms.
5. Use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models.

Outputs generated through the Service are your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the prompts and content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, process, and store User Content solely to operate the Service.

The Service, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by SKYLINE INTELLIGENCE. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal purposes.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, your usage poses a security or legal risk, a Model Provider requires it, or payment fails and remains unresolved for 30 days. Where reasonable, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to cure.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs from Model Providers will be accurate, reliable, or safe. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, particularly for high-stakes use cases (legal, medical, financial, safety-critical).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or (b) USD $100. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

8. Disputes

Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@skylineintelligence.top and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SKYLINE INTELLIGENCE is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in a class action.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, nothing in this section removes or limits any non-waivable right you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring claims in your local courts.
